BRAZILLIAN JIU JITSU-NO GI

Learn to defend yourself in any confrontation where someone is able to grab a hold of you, or perhaps you need to engage them to protect yourself and others. An exceptional workout combined with the learning of practical self defence skills should you ever need them.

OPEN MAT

Athletes use the training room at their discretion to improve upon their skillsets whether that be grappling, striking, MMA, or stretch it out and enjoy some good social. Day pass required for non members.
